The monthly rate is discounted from the base 3 hour session rate comprised of four (4) 3-Hour sessions per month consecutively, during the month. No substitutions or skipping a scheduled period without prior approval and provided scheduling permits. Monthly rent is due the 1st of every month. There is a $20 late fee (loss of the discount), if rent is not paid on time. Additionally, your rehearsal time may be forfeited and given to another renter on a first come, first served basis. The per day rate is based on a six (6) hour rental period. Payment for all rentals is due in advance of rental. Cancellations will be subject to a 10% penalty. Rescheduling permitted with prior approval provided scheduling permits.
